Casa Fermata is a remodeled house with an architectural style characteristic from Nosara in Guiones Beach. Fermata’s intervention is an exterior architectural mediation about the relationship with the surroundings.
The house was designed to prioritize the garden and the trees, integrating nature into the social spaces of the house.
